I teach you the fundamentals of strength and conditioning so you can find a newfound joy in exercise.
Truth is - I am constantly thinking on how to improve my own fitness and strength. Hobby turned passion (maybe obsession), exercise has become a part of my essence and being. I thoroughly enjoy creative ways to become stronger, increase cardiovascular health, and improve functional range of motion; My motto:
“You can’t go wrong getting strong.”
After almost a decade working in the fitness industry and exercising for more than half my life, it’s my aim to impart to you the concepts, methods, and principles I’ve learned over the years.
Hey, I’m Patrick!
Yeah, I understand - fitness is TOUGH. The daily grind making it to the gym do to a routine that you hope is going to give you the results you want. Maybe you are halfheartedly sticking to a diet you found off Instagram or a food blog. Never really getting a full night’s worth of sleep only to wake up to do it all over again. Or are you always fighting those same injuries and never really breaking your plateaus? Well, I’d like to help you break the cycle.

I’ve been where you are…
Everyone has to start from somewhere. I was fortunate and started exercising and weight lifting when I was 13 years old for sports. In middle and high school, we had a decent strength and conditioning program with coaches who cared. Now, I wish I could show you how lanky I was and how awkward I performed certain movements. But through thousands of repetitions, those movements became second nature. And weightlifting sparked a fire of interest in me that just never died down. I’ve read, studied, and experienced so many different areas in the fitness industry. I’ve made many mistakes, but also had many successes.
I’d like to bring along with me on this journey.
