A little bit about me
I started weight lifting and strength training at 12 years old. At first, it was for sports, and then lifting evolved into a hobby. That hobby grew into a passion and I haven’t wanted to stop since.
Here I am, almost 18 years later, and strength training is a part of me. I train because it exposes those parts of me that need refining. I train because the bar never lies and results are directly correlated with my work. I train to move with excellence and to look good, too.
Bodybuilding, powerlifting, Olympic lifting, kettlebell, gymnastics - these are some of my favorite ways to train strength. Strength is a skill and much like any other it must be honed and refined!
I believe getting under a bar is one of the most effective ways to gain lean muscle, develop a robust physique, and lose unwanted body fat. The beautiful thing about training is that you can always improve - you can be better than yesterday.
